- Mix 1 tsp of sugar and 1/2 cup of warm water. Gently mix in 2 1/4 (one package) of activated yeast. Set aside for 15 minutes.

- Slowly mix in 2 cups of flour to the above mixture. Stir well.

- Slowly mix in 3 cups of flour. Switch to dough hook once mixture starts cleanly separating from bowl.
- Add 1 more cup of flour and knead dough on slow (2) for 10 minutes. Note: after about 2 minutes is the dough is still sticking to the bottom of the bowl, add 2 Tbsp of flour to thicken it up. Alternatively if the mixture looks too dry, add 1-2 Tbsp of water to thin it out. Letting the dough rise
