Irish Brown Bread

Irish brown bread is a form of Irish soda bread made with whole wheat flour.  This bread is a staple in my wife's family, a hot cup of Barry's Tea with brown bread topped with butter instantly brings me back to Ireland County Meath; visiting Nana and Pappy.
